DRAGON BALL tendra su LIVE ACTION!


Asi es y no es broma, como hace mencion el titulo, el famoso anime de Akira Toriyama Dragon Ball, tendra su live action (pelicula con accion real = actores) y estara adaptado a la etapa de Dragon Ball Z (que dias aquellos siguiendo la serie... ) la noticia soltada ya mucho tiempo atras, desde que la Fox solto que tenia comprada los derechos aya por el 2003.

Hace unas semanas atras volvio a resurgir la fiebre del Kame-Hame-Ha! donde lo principal y emocionante es que la pelicula enpezaria a trabajarse en Montreal/canda (por no decir empezar a rodar, porque me parece muy pronto) no crei la noticia, hasta que Superhero Hype la publicaba O_O!

Dragon Ball Z Feature to Shoot in Montreal?

The Gazette has posted unconfirmed news on the Dragon Ball Z movie at 20th Century Fox: The 20th Century Fox studio is expected to shoot three big-budget movies in Montreal over the next year; each has a budget of at least $100 million.
The films are the Night at the Museum sequel Another Night, Independence Day director Roland Emmerich's remake of the sci-fi flick Fantastic Voyage and a big-screen adaptation of the Japanese manga Dragonball Z. Dragonball Z is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama; the work was also turned into a Japanese anime series that played all over the world. It tells the story of an alien sent to destroy Earth, who has a change of heart and decides to join the humans in their fight against various aliens and bad guys.
There are no details yet as to when these three shoots will begin, but they are expected to wrap production by next July. Stay tuned for possible confirmation of this.

Dragon Ball Z Movie Update!

Shooting in Montreal in the coming year? September 4, 2007 - It looks like 20th Century Fox is rushing the long-awaited live-action movie adaptation of Dragon Ball Z into production before the looming industry strikes happen next year.
According to the Montreal Gazette, Dragon Ball Z will shoot in Montreal sometime in the coming year; while an exact start date isn't known yet, the paper reports that production is expected to be completed by next July. Dragon Ball Z is based on the manga by Akira Toriyama, which also beget an anime series of the same name.
There's no word yet on who will write or direct the picture. UPDATED: 20th Century Fox has informed IGN that this report cannot be confirmed as neither start dates nor locations are locked in at this point.

CHUD has learned from a casting notice that James Wong ("Final Destination" films, The One, "The X-Files") is writing and directing the live action Dragon Ball Z movie for 20th Century Fox. The site has included the casting breakdown, which you can read here.
Dragon Ball Z is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama; the work was also turned into a Japanese anime series that played all over the world. Lo que resumiendo, deja en claro que el director y escritor del film seria nada mas y nada menos que James Wong (Final Destination" films, The One, "The X-Files") nose que mas se anuncie despues, pero espero que los casting "estupidos" que circulan por la red y por los propios fans, sesen ya porque son realmente para enojarse y partirce de risa a la vez ^^.

Dragon Ball Z no seria mas que el inicio de una nueva era del cine (para bien o para mal ¿quien sabe?) con respecto con los futuros proyectos de Adaptacion de Animes a la pantalla grande, yo desde ahora ya me apunto con esta nueva propuesta y tambien con Neon Genesis Evangelion (mi anime de Culto) que amenaza esternarse el 2009!.

Me encanta que hagan este tipo de riesgos cinematograficos pero al menos que los hagan caer bien y no dejen con mala cara los animes que estan detras y les han dado la fama.
